Billing and credits
Open Billing in the left menu, or click the credits chip.
The page title is Billing. It shows your current plan and credits left.
What credits buy
A default course is 5 modules × 3 lessons.
Draft my outline (free) → is 0 credits.

Approve writes the lessons and slides — about 80 together.
Credits are spent when you Approve outline & write my course, then again when video is generated.
If a job fails
If writing fails (AUTHOR-FAILED), Loquy refunds those credits. The outline stays. Approve again.
Failed slide or video jobs also refund the credits for that job.

These are one-time banks. They do not refill every month.
Buying more than one plan
Buy more than one plan and the credits add together. Standard + Premium + Business gives you 550 + 2,750 + 3,500 = 6,800 credits. Upgrading never replaces the credits you already have — your remaining balance carries over and the new plan's bank is added on top.
Billing may also show credit packs or a credits club. If a button says Coming soon, checkout is not open yet.
