Billing and credits
Open Billing in the left menu, or click the credits chip. On a phone or tablet, tap Menu (top right), then Billing or the credits chip.
The page title is Billing. It shows Current plan: and Credits left:.
The grey banner at the top: Founding member lifetime pricing – first 100 seats. Pay once, keep your plan and your credit bank forever. No subscription, no monthly meter: credits never expire, and you can top up any time (400 credits for $47).
Plan cards (live prices)
All three are one-time. The cards say $67 one-time, $197 one-time, and $297 one-time.

Business lists Course analytics, Custom domain, and Team seats with – rolling out. Those are not in the app yet.
What credits buy
A default course is 5 modules × 3 lessons.
Draft my outline (free) → is 0 credits.

Approve writes the lessons and slides — about 80 together.
Credits are spent when you Approve outline & write my course, then again when video is generated.
Billing lists exact costs under What credits buy. The intro: Credits are one universal currency — your plan decides which tools you can spend them on. Outlining and editing are always free, and a failed job refunds its credits automatically.

The example box under that table: One complete course = 5 modules × 3 lessons (15 lessons — your plan allows up to 20 per course): writing 15 × 2 = 30 cr · slides 5 × 10 = 50 cr · video renders 5 × 6 = 30 cr · ≈ 110 credits all-in. Then: Avatar intros on all 5 modules add ≈ 80 credits (Business spends its 30-minute avatar bank first).
That “up to 20” line is what Billing prints. Plan lesson caps in the product are Standard 20, Premium 30, Business 40. See Compare plans.
If a job fails
If writing fails (AUTHOR-FAILED), Loquy refunds those credits. The outline stays. Approve again.
Failed slide or video jobs also refund the credits for that job.
If your credits run out while slides are being made after writing, the modules that could not be paid for show needs credits in the Course builder - nothing is charged for them. Top up, then click Continue making slides. Modules that already have slides are not charged again. See Course builder.
If a slide comes back with no narration, writing it is free. See Lesson editor.

These are one-time banks. They do not refill every month.
Buying more than one plan
Buy more than one plan and the credits add together. Standard + Premium + Business gives you 550 + 2,750 + 3,500 = 6,800 credits. Upgrading never replaces the credits you already have — your remaining balance carries over and the new plan's bank is added on top.

Unused club credits roll over. They stay live while you are subscribed, plus 60 days after cancel.
If a button says Coming soon, checkout is not open yet.
