Open https://app.loquy.ai/signin. Loquy uses email and password only.

Sign in

1. Go to app.loquy.ai/signin.
2. Type your email.
3. Type your password.
4. Click Sign in.

You land on Your projects.

Create an account

1. On the sign-in page, click Create one.
2. Type your email.
3. Optionally type your name.
4. Type a password twice.
5. Click Create account.

The password must be at least 8 characters, with 1 uppercase letter and 1 number.

Check your email for an activation link. Click it, then sign in. The link lasts 36 hours.

You are not signed in automatically after you create the account.

You bought Loquy

Use the password in the email Welcome to Loquy — your login details. You do not need the activation step.

Forgot your password

1. On the sign-in page, click Forgot password?
2. Type your email.
3. Open the reset email and set a new password twice.

The reset link lasts 3 hours. After it works, sign in with the new password.

If sign-in fails

• Check that you are on app.loquy.ai, not an old or staging URL.
• Use Forgot password? if you are not sure of the password.
• After several failed tries, the account can lock until you reset the password.
